Home Return to Main Fitness Page Always warm up before working out. It is a good idea to start each exercise with a light set for a warm up and a medium set before you get to your heavy sets. Add the weight in even increments. This will help prevent injury. If you have not worked out for awhile or if you are starting a new routine, start off slow and increase the intensity with each workout.
